Several e-mails have gone out to the team concerning our upcoming meet with FoxHall on Wednesday June 13th. To be sure you don’t miss communications from us, please remember to check your spam or junk folder for e-mails from the Makos team. -Trevia (parent rep)
We will be sending out meet invites the evening, of Monday June 4. The emails will come from Active Support (No Reply), so please check your spam folder.
We need you to indicate which meets each of your swimmers plan to attend!!! There is a deadline listed for each meet. The deadline for Meet 1 on June 13 is fast approaching! That deadline is June 8.
I can’t overemphasize the importance of these declarations. Our coaches will enter swimmers into events based on who signs up to attend. Our coaches can’t possibly track each swimmer manually, and asking them to do so takes their time away from instruction.
You will get a seperate email for each swimmer and each meet. Once you click one of the links, it will take you to the Swim Portal and you can declare for all swimmers and meets.
Some Junior Team swimmers will not be invited to enter the meets until the Coaches decide that they are ready.
